Good afternoon, the situation is as follows, there is an ubuntu 18 virtual machine on the server. the site is spinning on it. The servers have been rebooted. On ssh I am connected I do ping 8.8.8.8 packets do not go. The site works partially, the main one opens, ajax requests for working with a third-party api do not work. It's like there is no internet. What can be done?

ping to IP addresses of the internal network. ping to the router. and look at the logs of what went where and did not reach.
the problem is local - where does Google's server come from??
