Hello! Please tell me what could be the matter - the site is not displayed in the natural search. The domain itself and the store have existed for 7-8 years, people come and see it through Yandex / Google ads, but in the natural search it is not on either 1 page or 7.

What are the key points to check in the guts of the site and the admin panel in order to make sure that from the technical side (well, at least basic SEO) everything is set up correctly?

Check if there is a restriction on site indexing in robots.txt, I also recommend checking if there is such a tag in the site's meta tags, if there is, remove it.
It is worth adding the site to Yandex.Webmaster and Google Search Console, after a while after adding you will be informed the reason for the absence of the site in the index.
With all this, the site may contain viruses, usually sites with viruses are removed from the search engine index.
