How to check the security of information transmitted via https protocol?

I have a website with an SSL certificate installed. The site is opened only via HTTPS protocol. By what means can I test the quality of protection of transmitted information when working with the site? The site has forms, the information entered into the forms is transmitted to the server where it is processed and returned. All of this is transmitted over HTTPS.

How can I check if information is leaking if I work with the site through an open Wi-Fi network (metro, cafe, etc.)?

No way. (As, however, with the sniffing of unencrypted traffic) The security of the ssl is generally equal to the security of the server's private key. (Soprut - will decipher, not resist - will not decipher). If there are concerns, wrap the channel in vpn.

As a first step, check its certificate at
https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/
Next, I remember there were site structure scanners that showed the transition from HTTPS to HTTP as one of the warnings. I don't remember the names.
