How to check the list of FB groups for activity?

Let's say I have 10 groups of "competitors" in FB. Is there any tool that I could use to evaluate their latest activity in order to know which ones are developing and living, and which have died out, and there is no point in poking around, wasting time? Well, like, the number of new subscribers for the last week / month, new posts, in general, to evaluate the type of commenting at some level, people write there, or subscribers just hang dead souls there.
