How to check/improve the efficiency of using innodb_buffer_pool?

Hello!
There is a cluster of 2 servers (2x Intel Xeon E5-2670 2.6Ghz, 192Gb, RAID1 of 2 SSDs) + 1 arbitrator on a virtual machine. The working database is about 60GB.
innodb-buffer-pool-size = 160G
Now I'm torturing the server with load testing. I noticed that the use of RAM does not exceed about 40-60GB. How to improve the efficiency of using the RAM? I'm really sad that so many are standing idle.

and what - there are problems at testing? Have you identified bottlenecks, plugs or something else?
