How to check if mirroring is enabled on DXS-1210-12TC (and how to enter privileged mode in CLI)?

Hello. How can I make sure that mirroring is enabled/disabled on the DXS-1210-12TC switch? Where exactly to look at the web interface (L2 Functions, yes)? And is it displayed correctly? I tried via CLI, but I can't get into privileged mode (I get commands like Switch>): I get "% Invalid input detected at '^' marker" on the sh mi command.
