Hi all! I want to create a Telegram bot that will pay, say, 1 ruble
for downloading a game as a file.

Я же не просто так спросил почему файл а не магазин приложений.
С файлом это дичь, кто это будет качать в здравом уме?

If the game is in PlayMarket, then you can use the Google Play Install Referrer , in the application itself.
