How to check cache size setting in chrome?

I decided to increase the size of the cache for chrome because the size of ~ 300 mb by default is too small. 3 GB is the most.
I entered the parameter in the label:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" --profile-directory="Profile 1" -–disk-cache-size=3000000000 --disk-cache-dir="D:\Google Chrome Cache"

But in the log I still see:

And this means that the cache does not grow.
How to check cache size? And how all the same to force it to cache 3 GB?
