How to check availability of CDN and website from different countries?

I know two solutions:
https://pulse.turbobytes.com/agents/ - but they have poor coverage of countries
luminati.io - huge network based on hola.org, but a crazy initial rate of $500
Are there any other services with API , through which you can check the availability of the url from different countries?
