How to check an individual design for uniqueness and stereotype?
because many people say that in the Internet-Magaze there should be an ind. diz. (it is, in principle, better), then how to check it for uniqueness and template?

Agree with Alexander's answer. But on my own behalf, I’ll add that uniqueness can lie
in: - more convenient solutions than competitors
- in the design style (color, shape, animation in a healthy amount). This affects brand awareness and attitude towards it.
- in the style of the text: how the interface "talks" to the user
And it's not so important here whether it is template or not. It's just that more often than not, a template design can't satisfy every need. In this case, the template design will reduce the conversion.
How to determine template or not? Probably, as already said - to see if there is a similar one somewhere.
