I install the Anti-Malware from GOTMLS.NET plugin on all the sites I create. The plugin is included in the list of required by default. The guys who created and maintain it were helped by a donation, so I also have it on automatic update (the default version is updated by handles). In general, if you need - you can write in a personal - I'll tell you how to get an extended version (which I use myself).
