How to check a PC for licensed software?

Hello!
Need advice!
How can I check users' PCs for licensed software. Those. What software is installed and is it a license or not?
If any software that can scan it? Or do you need to manually poke? All stations have windows installed.

No way. The licensed nature of the Software is subject to compliance with the license agreement. As an example, the license agreement for one of the MS products requires a sticker to be placed on the PC case. How can the software check whether you have pasted a sticker or not? And without a sticker, even legally purchased software will be considered unlicensed.
Or you have "technical licensed" software, but you do not have documents confirming the purchase for the organization.
Another option is that the software was bought for one organization, and another organization uses it.
There are various methods of software inventory in the network (for example Microsoft Assessment and Planning (MAP) Toolkit), but none of them gives 100% result. Ensuring the licensed cleanliness of the PC park is more likely to be in the administrative plane of the non-technical one.
