How to cheaply change the IP of the Sql server to a foreign one?

My sql server is in Moscow. And good clients - in the USA in a local area with a ban on all Russian IPs. The question is how cheaply to organize a connection to my server through foreign IPs. I understand that you need to find friends abroad or rent vps and put some kind of tricky non-http proxy in order to send TCP 1433 to yourself. But I don’t know such people, I don’t understand almost Linux. Need a detailed manual. Or maybe there is an easier option? Traffic is microscopic, delays are not particularly critical.
