How to charge a macbook A1534 (Type-C) without a regular charger?

Mom was given a MacBook, but without a charger.
I would like to check its performance in principle. At the moment, it simply does not turn on, so at least it needs to be connected to the charger, but I don’t want to buy it for this :) All of a sudden it’s completely dead.
According to the power supply, the parameters are indicated on the case: 14.5V DC. current at 2A
I have a usb 2.0 - type c phone charger cable and a 14.5V 2A power supply.
If you solder the usb 2.0 connector to the power source and plug all this stuff into it, will everything burn out or is this option quite acceptable?
If so, is there anything else worth paying attention to?

No, that's not possible. You need any USB Type C laptop charger with 20V support. From HP, Lenovo, Dell, Xiaomi - any compatible one.
Without communication on the bus, it will not start charging.
