How to change your public ip address?

This is the situation: I open the browser, go to the site, log into the site account (forum, mail, etc.), do my business there. Then I log out of my account on this site and go to another account (on the same site), but under a different public ip address.

How can this be done?

PS
I tried to use the turbo mode of Opera and Yandex browser. The public ip address is the same.
I tried to use zenmate.com, but some of the necessary pages of the site do not load because of this.
