How to change Woocommerce "Related Products" title tag?

The product card below has the heading H2 Similar products, how can I change it to H3?
I did not find it in the file structure, tell me how to create a filter?

If I'm not mistaken, then this is a template. woocommerce/templates/single-product/related.php
Just copy it to your theme, keeping the path mytheme/woocommerce/single-product/related.phpand change the title tag in the layout. It's not nice to do this through a hook.
