How to change Woocommerce cart widget?

It is required to place a standard cart widget in a dropdown block located in a fixed header.
There was no problem with this. But when I tried to change the standard markup in the widget, I saw that nothing happened - no changes.
Those. I was working with a file located in "theme folder/woocommerce/cart/mini-cart.php"
I even deleted this file along with its "parent", which was in plugins, in woocommerce.
I have already searched through all the folders for files containing the necessary classes, even through the database - all to no avail. Tell me where else to dig?

After each change in the basket, change the number of items in it. The cart is hard cached, so you don't see the changes.
