I am writing the project myself, that is, I have not yet assembled the project at the development stage. Initially, when creating the project, I wrote a different name, but now I want to change it. Changed name in package.json packages.lock.json but didn't change. How to change?

What exactly do you want to change? If about the page title, then it changes in public> index.html. If on pages, then you need to look at the vue components
