How to change view link of wordpress attached image?

When viewing any image uploaded to Media, there is a View attachment page link, but for some reason it has an incorrect address (it does not show the blog post itself, but only the image for it), how can I fix this?
The post itself is located at localhost/2017/10/23/
A link leads to localhost/2017/10/23/2017-10-23-jpg
