How to change user in Git Bash Here?

Sorry, this question has already been asked, but I still haven't solved the problem.

I can’t push to my repository, it gives an error:

$ git push --set-upstream origin header
remote: Permission to Belartale/Moving-New-Jersey.git denied to FornRo.
fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/Belartale/Moving-New-Jersey.git/': The requested URL returned error: 403

Someone else's profile (FornRo), how to change it to your own (Belartale)? completely removing git didn't help.
