How to change user group in LampServer and MySQL?

Good evening.
I, as probably a large number of people, have LampServer.
The computer user is sergey, but the LampServera group is www-data.
I had to add my user to the www-data group.
And the rights to files and folders familiar to me (755 and 644) stopped working.
Now we have to do 775 and 664. But this is inconvenient.
Much more convenient and familiar sergey:sergey, how it works on hosting, user and group have the same name.
Creating a group in Linux is not a problem as far as I know.
But how to make Lamp work under another group?
UPD: Partially the problem was solved.
In /etc/apache2/envvars we change the user and the Lamp works as my user.
But it turned out that MySQL categorically refuses.
How to change the same user for the muscle?

It's 2016 and Vagrant still hasn't replaced XAMPP/LAMP/OpenServer. For your question: read about AssignUserId .
