How to change the web server in phpstorm in an existing project?

When you create a new project, you are prompted to set up a local web server. How can I change it later - so that when you click on these buttons, what you need opens, and not some kind of non-working garbage

If the question is how to get into the local server settings for the project after it has been created, then in the top navigation bar of PHPStorm we go:

"Tools" -> "Deployment" -> "Configuration"
