How to change the time in PhpStorm?

When you enter fullscreen, the clock in the upper right corner shows the time one hour more. How to fix? I did not find time zones in the settings. In the system, time and time zones are normal.

We see a bug. I did not find anything like this on the tracker, so I created a bug report.
