How to change the time in Google Cloud Container-Optimized OS?

I’m trying to visit another date by connecting via ssh to a Google Cloud instance, but it doesn’t network, on a regular Ubuntu it’s enough to disable ntp `timedatectl set-ntp false`, but on Google Cloud Container-Optimized OS there is no such utility, the question is what does not allow you to change the date ?

Apparently there is no systemd. Read the doc.
