Hello. We have Zabbix server 5.0 on the local network. Several servers and a test machine are connected to it. With an artificial crash, the problem "zabbix agent is not available on such and such a host" falls into the average severity of the problems. Is it possible (and if possible, how) to make the degree of importance of just such a problem higher, a la high or extreme? I'm not a bit strong in Zabbix, I'm sorry.
