How to distribute notification types between hosts in Zabbix?

Hello, I have Zabbix 3.0.3.
It has a trigger that sends E-Mail when hosts are unavailable. I added SMS notification to this trigger.
Now I want SMS to come to me only about the status of certain hosts, but I don’t understand how to do this, I don’t want to duplicate the template and the trigger, I didn’t see the option to select the notification method in the host settings.

You still have to create an action template and add a host group to which you want to attach an SMS notification
