How to change the resolution in GTA 5 if it does not change?

Hello, can you advise? I have a TV, and on the old PC GTA 5 was set to 1920x1080 and now I have assembled a new PC, and on the same TV, there is stupidly no such resolution in the settings, but it is on the desktop, an AMD Radeon xd 6700 card (temporarily)
What should I do? What drivers to update, how to update them? Please explain, in this thread stupid as an oak (
