How to change the Proxy Fiddler request?

The task is to intercept the GET HTTPS pfghjc of the phone and change it through a script on the server giving the desired result.

We configure Proxy on the phone itself, install a certificate, set that we fully trust this certificate.

Now all traffic goes to the Proxy server and in Fiddler you can see all requests and responses to them.

I need to find a specific GET request and intercept its parameters through a PHP script, how is this possible?)

No, it's unlikely to work through PHP, but Fiddler 4 itself has an autoresponder, it's a tab at the top. Open it, drag the desired session there and change it in the built-in editor, and there is a built-in language for scripts.
