How to change the priority of a process in windows 7 without using cmd and without opening the windows folder?

Here I am admin. I ran the pcm program run as admin. I need to change the priority of it.
How to do this without using the console and without touching the windows folder? It's not right.

In the task manager, right-click on the process and change the priority. How about a folder?
