How to change the positions of the login input field in Cinnamon and Budge?

in Cinnamon and Budge GUIs on FHD and Utrawide monitors, there are always login and password input fields on the left side of the screen. I understand they are based on gnome. Wounded this was before ubuntu 16. and it was repaired there.
