You need a Mac. It is very comfortable, very, very. You will enjoy your work. At the same time, it is under the hood - BSD, that is, you can gently gain experience with the terminal / console. The Mac is full of enterprise quality programs specifically for frontend development. Classical work with Linux - console and Vim text editor. There are significantly fewer commercial tools, for example, you won't have Photoshop and Illustrator on Linux. You will want Linux if you switch not even to Full-Stack, but to the backend. For hardcore coding, Linux provides more tools and freedom, and it's also more convenient to develop and test servers/services/engines on the same platform they will be running on.
PS I am writing now with a macbook, I work on FreeBSD.))

ChromeOS.
Google is built in there, and it's easier to google than to write another question on a hundred times sucked topic.

Mac is best for frontend.
Because on the one hand, you need a Unix system to run projects, and on the other hand, all sorts of photoshops to do layout.

Dmitry Shitskov Not better. I like Windows, but for my field of activity I have to use Linux.
