How to change the "owner" (first user) on Android 4.2?

Such a situation: I bought myself a Nexus 7, logged in under my user, and he registered as an “owner”. Later he added a second account to the girl's tablet. It turned out to be very convenient. But now I want to completely give the tablet to her and I wanted to delete my account from the tablet, but there is no such option, you can only delete those created later. Change the "owner" in the settings does not give, writes "not enough rights."
Tell me how best to save the data of the second account to make it the "owner" and delete the old one? If I do a factory reset, and then immediately log into the second account, will the application data that was installed be restored?

In 4.2 there are regular backup tools, and even in the background to a Google account. If it is enabled for the second account (you select an account there), and the applications were installed from under it, then everything is simple - reset to factory settings, and register the second account as the main one, everything will be restored.
Well, if there is root, then the easiest way is with programs like TutaniumBackup, as suggested above.

Leave as is if you need to save the data. As far as I know it can't be changed. Make a backup with a titanium, but mine needs a root there. Only hard reset. Of course, I could be wrong.
