How to change the order of filling table cells?

There is a text file with phrases separated by a new line of the form:
One
Two
Three
Four
Five
You need to copy this text into a Word table in four columns. You can paste text into Word, select and convert it to a table, or copy and paste it into an existing one. Everything will work out, but the insertion order will be in rows.
How to insert text so that the first column is filled first, then the subsequent ones, and only after that the transition to the next is carried out. page? To better understand what I need, look at two screenshots: the first is what happens, and the second is what needs to be done.
