How to change the order of files in FAT32 file system?

There is an MP3 player (Ritmix RF-3400) with internal memory in FAT32. Through experiments, it was found that he reads the tracks not sorting them by file name or tags, but in the order in which they were written to memory. I'm assuming it's the order they're listed in the file allocation table.
Is there a utility that allows you to "play" with the file table a little and sort the entries in it without touching anything else?

The solution in the forehead is to move all the files to the screw, clear the player, move it back in the order it should be.
