How to change the name of the company page on Facebook?

There was a similar post next to it, but they asked about the link to the company page.
I have another problem: the name of the company - AIESEC Moscow - is typed half in caps, half in normal. Guidelines and automatic registration system does not give a registered fan page with this name.
I used a special form for "special occasions" that requires confirmation from three reputable sources on the net, but this form only allows you to create a new group.
Is it possible to rename the old one by sending a request to some Facebook instance? (oh my Russian bureaucratized mind)

nothing can be renamed. If you once set a name, then it will remain so forever. Even if you delete this page, then no one will be able to register with that name.
