How to change the model is not remote base?

Priva. Changed the model. I do makemigrations, writes that I made a migration. I am writing to the migrant, he writes that there is nothing to apply. I go to the admin panel to add something, writes that there is no column which I added to the model. If you delete the base and do it with a new model, then everything is fine. Is there a way to apply a migration to a model without deleting the base?
