I downloaded Poedit, loaded the template pot file into it, everything is fine, but it turns out that I need to translate all lines for the sake of one button? How to change only one line without translating other lines?

In addition to .pot and .mo files, there is usually another .po file - this is your untranslated source. Here you translate it.
