How to change the mail from which orders come?

Tell me, when the site moves to a new domain (ocStore Version 1.5.5.1.2), when an order notification arrives, letters come from the old mail. Where can I change to a new one? Googled, the host did not help. All the code went through.
PS. Not to be confused with mail, which is in system-settings. There WHERE the mail should come.

With the help of Total Commander, I found (may be useful to someone) an old mail: the path
catalog/model/checkout/order.php
