I have a problem. I create OpenVPN keys that are easy to trace. And accordingly, these IPs are blacklisted by the provider. I would like the working IP, which has not yet entered the emergency (for example, 13.81.5.2), to be changed to another IP that is already in the emergency (for example, 188.225.46.12), but still work. You can even use a domain/subdomain for spoofing.
