How to change the interface language of MS Office?

There is a license for Microsoft Office Standard 2016 with a Russian-language interface. There was a need to use the English interface.
I've searched all over the internet and haven't found anything. Somewhere they generally write that language packs for the office have ceased to be released - i.e. I bought a Russian-speaking one, so use it.
Tell me, is the only legal way to get an English language pack is to buy another license? You mean US?
