How to change the installation path of add-ons in ModX?

modx revo. Hid the core folder from public to the root. Now, when installing add-ons, the installer tries to unpack everything using the old path root/public/core/... and an error occurs. Any options to fix the installation path? Or only one, return the kernel at the time of installation to public?
