How to change the head section of a site on WP+WC+Elementor?

Friends, the problem is this. There is a site on WP + WC + Elementor. There are custom header and footer created in the elementor - this is understandable. I make changes to the code of the head section in the header.php file, they are successfully saved, however, when viewing the site code in the browser, they did not happen. Here, only one thing comes to mind - head is also pulled from the constructor in some way. I don’t like Elementor at all, so I don’t understand it well, but I need to figure it out.
Help me understand where head comes from without my changes. And how do you make changes to the templates in this case?
