I don’t have ftp access, I need to change the footer a little, isn’t there any editor in Bitrix 1s, like in jommla / woprdpress?

Settings - Product settings - Sites - Site templates - Your template
The editor opens, in which the header is located above the WORK_AREA, and the footer is below.

Если контакты в футере запрограммированы, то их можно редактировать через изменение переменных. Вот как тут показано.
