How to change the display of links to previous posts on the main page and in the headings in WordPress on a blog site?

Good day, forum users! Please help a newbie. The situation is this: I have a news site, blog format. When the maximum number of posts to display on a blog page is reached, a link to previous posts is displayed --Back. How to set it to be the other way around, such as “next/next”, or display them with number buttons Next - 1,2,3 ... The free version of the theme does not seem to support such a setting. Please help, thanks in advance!
