How to change the directory for writing files?
Good day. I have a problem and so far a weak skill in relation to linux. Please advise how can I implement such a thing?
I have a machine with FreePBX, and the PBX writes calls to the /var/spool/asterisk/monitor directory,
which in turn is located on the /dev/vda2 partition. The problem is that this section is very small.
There is also a much larger /dev/vda4 partition mounted in the /record directory.
The bottom line is that I would like to have the PBX itself and call recordings on different sections, for the convenience of backups, but I searched all the CDR Report settings and did not find where to specify it, they say, write the data to another directory. Transferring by hand from time to time is also not an option, since the issuance form breaks down.
Is it possible to solve this problem using symbolic links, or any other means unfamiliar to me?
Thank you very much in advance.
