How to change the appearance of a personal account in ASP .NET Core?

There is a project to which authorization through Identity is added. By default, an account is created in which you can change your login, password, and more. I can change navigation views and views with specific cabinet pages. But I can't change the location of the blocks in any way. I did not find the file in which their markup is stored. It's like Identity uses two patterns.
