How to change the address of a remote SVN server?

The IP address of the remote server (on CentOS 7/Apache) has changed, in PHPStorm I changed the IP where possible, but when I try to commit to the remote svn, it says that it cannot connect to the old IP:

Where did it rip out this IP - I'll never know. There is a new IP in the repositories, and everything opens there:
