How to change system font color in linux?

5a92a48e4dde5457491318.pngEnabled a dark theme in gnome, but some software now, like tusk (a third-party evernote client) works with this font color. The color is standard, but as you can see it "combines very well with the background color". How to change the font color in the system?

@DollyPapper

isn't it in the settings?
25022018_194504.jpg

then pick the css of your theme, look in the theme folder
for example
/usr/share/themes/BlackMATE/gtk-3.0/gtk-main.css
/usr/share/themes/BlackMATE/gtk-3.0/gnome-applications.css for
you you need to redefine the color of the ink or background,
see / read in the comments in the files + the scientific poke method - you can figure it out if you want ㋛
I also have problems with the browser, but it's easier to finish it through Stylish , the styles of the browser itself, than to pick the system ones.
