How to change SublimeText3 highlight colors?

Sublime Text

When you highlight a word, the editor also highlights similar words, but makes it a barely noticeable frame. How to make selection color/background brighter?
And when you select a tag, it shows its closing just with an underline, how to make the tag selection bright, like in np++?
