VERY PLEASE HELP, how to change styles or add something to the site, I'm insanely dumb, do I need to install something or where to go into the code? I understand html and css perfectly, I just can't figure out how to change something there? Help

Too general question. Start with the article https://habrahabr.ru/post/311350/ and try to ask specific questions: change something there for something else, move the block here, change the inscription here, insert a button here (and a picture). General questions are easy to google.
